ATM plays an important role in our day to day lives and most of the people rely on this service to transfer money, withdrawing cash and to check balance. However, with the growing use of ATM, the fraud case of ATM has also increased. 
To protect you from scams and ATM skimming, the manufacturers of ATM have evolved many new features to improve the security system of ATM. The most common criminal practice is via a phony front ATM. The fraudster places a fake keypad over the legitimate ATM keypad to copy the cash holder’s pin number. In recent days, criminals are becoming more sophisticated in their technical know-how. Thus, ATM skimming and counterfeit debit card fraud has become very much common. The skimming of ATM occurs when the criminals alter an ATM with technology that contains only card’s magnetic stripe. So, ATM security is very important to ensure a secured transaction of customers.
